Get to know restorative yoga

Restorative yoga is a passive yoga practice that uses props to support the body in a pose. In a restorative session, we focus on working at the psycho-emotional level to help the body to release tension through surrender and relaxation.

The beauty of restorative yoga in a world of instant gratification lies in how its effects can only be felt after extended practice of doing nothing. Being the antithesis of action and hustle, the practice invites you to steep in the pose and passively observe what comes up. We do this with kindness, a childlike curiosity, and without judgement. We grow from pause. For some, this could be the hardest thing to do.

The qualities of restorative yoga are best felt, not described. Check out from the hustle, check in to yourself today.

Tension is who you think you should be.
Relaxation is who you are.
